General Guidelines
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For health and safety reasons, all smoke products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
Clearance items, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Service team at support@smokeandapparel.com or call us at (123) 456-7890 to initiate a return.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Pack your item securely and include the original packing slip and RMA number.
Ship your return to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to ensure the item you desire is in stock.
Follow the return process outlined above and specify the item you wish to exchange for.
Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost for standard shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, smoke products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional Information
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
International Returns: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
